Brownie baskets filled with frozen yogurt
I saw it on Pinterest recently idea how to serve ice cream. Nice idea as created for birthdays, parties and other summer gatherings. Brownie baskets made from the finished mixture and purchased ice cream were out of the question so I made everything from scratch.
170 g of sugar
100 ml of oil
60 g flour (Schar Mix B flour)
30 g cocoa
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Mix eggs with sugar. Add oil and vanilla extract. Add sifted flour with baking powder and cocoa. Mix until the ingredients are combined. Lightly grease the muffin tin with oil and spread the mixture (fill to 2/3). Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. Check with a toothpick if it is baked. Cover a small glass with cling film and oil a little. As soon as you take the brownies out of the oven, press a glass into each one to form indentations – baskets. Allow to cool in the mold and only then remove.
- 450 g of Greek yogurt
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 180 g of sweet cream
Mix the sweet cream into the whipped cream. In another bowl, briefly mix the Greek yogurt and powdered sugar. Add the sweet cream to it and mix until the ingredients are combined. Place the mixture in a shallow bowl, cover with cling film and place in the freezer for a couple of hours.
Serving: Fill each basket with a scoop of ice cream and serve with seasonal fruit. The edges of the baskets are crispy, but they soften if you let the ice cream stand for about 10 minutes before eating. Lately I really like to eat softened ice cream. Baskets can also be used to serve some refreshing cream.
