It just so happened that they included avocado in the offer at the local store, and it is the main ingredient of this dessert. Quick, easy and just as important – this is a recipe for only 10 balls so you can sweeten up whenever you want.   • 150 g of peeled avocado
  • 20 g cocoa
  • 50 g of honey
  • 60 g of almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon rum
  • 100 g of dark chocolate

Mash the avocado with a fork. Add cocoa, honey, rum and almond flour and mix until the mixture is even. If necessary, add more almond flour to get a compact mixture. Shape into balls and put in the freezer for about 15 minutes.

Cut the chocolate into smaller pieces and melt in a steamer. Dip the balls into the melted chocolate, place them on a wire rack to drain off the excess chocolate and decorate as desired.
