What’s for dessert ?: FBI investigation of the Coolinarija blog

In this circle FBI glove we visited Nale and her blog Coolinaria. From a large collection, it was difficult to select just a few recipes. It caught my eye winter, so many fantastic recipes that I will definitely come back to when the time comes. If you haven’t yet, be sure to visit the Coolinari blog, I’m sure everyone will find at least a couple of recipes to their liking. And here’s what I chose for this round of the game (the name of the recipe is also a link to the original), and I tried it before propeć.

I love rye flour (ground in a mill) and I just had to make these cookies.

  • 100 g (ground) oatmeal
  • 130 g rye flour
  • a mild pinch of salt
  • 6 g baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 100 ml of sunflower oil
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons water

Grind the oatmeal into a multipractice. Add rye flour, salt and baking powder and pulse briefly to mix the ingredients. Add honey, oil and water and pulse until the ingredients are combined. If necessary, mix briefly, then wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Roll out the dough between baking paper to a thickness of 1 cm and cut with a cookie cutter. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for about 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.

This year I decided to pay more attention to cheaper recipes, and there is no mistake with apples. The only thing I don’t understand is how Nale got such a dark cake, as if it was made with cocoa. She probably put a lot more cinnamon than me, so he gave the color. A 180 g cup of yogurt is used as a measuring cup for the ingredients.

  • 1 kg of apples
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 20 g vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 6 g baking powder
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 4 cups plain flour
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

Peel an apple, grate it and mix it with the sugar. Mix the remaining dry ingredients and add oil to them and mix well. Stir in the grated apples and pour the mixture into a mold lined with baking paper. Bake for 40-50 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 ° C.
