What’s for dessert ?: Gluten Free: Fast focaccia
I thought that for a delicious focaccia it takes a lot of time and that yeast is needed. This one the recipe reassured me. The fragrant and delicious focaccia can be enjoyed in half an hour, and you don’t even have to get your hands dirty.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add mineral water, olive oil and honey and mix until all ingredients are combined. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and use a spatula to form a 1/2 cm thick rectangle.
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
herbs (I used rosemary, oregano and basil)
1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix all the ingredients and coat the formed dough. Make indentations on the dough with your fingers, approximately every 2 cm. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 230 ° C until the dough gets a nice color. Allow to cool for 10 minutes on the grill then serve lukewarm or cold.
