If you follow me regularly, you know that I love to have breakfast, and my favorite is the casual weekend breakfast. This recipe is perfect for a casual breakfast. Place the oatmeal in a multipractice and pulse several times until ground. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until the ingredients combine. If you use a blender, prepare the pancake mixture in the same way. Heat a pancake pan and lightly grease it with oil (which you pour off when the pan heats up). I took out the mixture with an ice cream spoon, so that all the pancakes were the same size – pour the mixture in the middle, and it will spread itself slightly. Turn the pancakes when the holes start to be made on the upper side and the edge becomes dry, then bake them upside down for a short time. From this amount of ingredients I got 14 pancakes with a diameter of 6 cm.
