I decided that the first recipe this year would be real male. You know what – first a man. Not only is this recipe real masculine, but it was made by a man for me and the readers of my blog. I have already mentioned several times that I am weak on men who cook and I take my hat off to the floor. So this year I decided to host three musketeers on the blog, and I will present the first one to you today. It’s about blogger Darko, who writes the blog Darko’s web cookbook. His recipes are imaginative and he likes to experiment, and he prefers savory dishes. When we arranged to host, I gave him a free choice regarding the recipe, although I secretly hoped he would prepare a delicious burger. I can’t describe to you my delight when he sent me the recipe and photos !! I can’t wait to try it!   • 450 g minced pork
  • 200 g sour apples (peeled and grated)
  • 5 g of fresh parsley
  • 50 g of cheese with noble mold

  • salt, colored pepper, dried saffron, ground red pepper
