What’s for dessert ?: Oatmeal
- 180 ml of soft
- 2 tablespoons neutral-flavored honey
- 140 g of walnuts
- 100 g oatmeal
- 160 g dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons oil
Heat the milk then add the honey and stir until melted. Grind walnuts and oats in a multipractice. Add the milk and stir until the mixture is combined. Divide into two equal parts and add 60 g of melted chocolate to one part.
Cover the oblong bread pan with cling film. Put a dark mixture on the bottom and a light mixture on it. Melt 100 g of chocolate in a steamer and add oil, then pour over the light mixture. Place the mold in the refrigerator overnight. Remove with foil, remove the foil and let it stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes before cutting.
